WHERE REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE:

Glass items like, Screen Protectors & Camera Lens Protectors aren’t eligible for a refund if the product was opened/used.

PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:

Incase if the item get's damaged during the shipping process, we request you to send an email at 'ultraglassindia@gmail.com' by attaching 2 photos of 'received product & shipping label'.

Our concerned team will get back to you within the next 12-24hrs. If the appointed executive approves your request based upon the evidence, then you will be provided a free replacement from our side.

We will refund the money/store credits only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end. Applicant need to apply for the same via email at ultraglassindia@gmail.com
